Active Healthy SUP is a great way to get the entire family active on the water for this school holidays. As part of the City of Gold Coast program to help the community to get Active & Healthy with affordable activities, we have put together this exciting new program that will cater to all ages and fitness levels to get you out on the water in a safe environment for you to enjoy, move, laugh, get some Vitamin D and most importantly get the kids off the screens and involved in the family creating amazing memories!

Kidz & Family Stand Up Paddle Lesson

Ever wanted to get on a SUP board. This session is designed for beginners. You will learn paddle techniques, have fun and play non-competitive games.

SUP Savvy Sessions
To improve your knowledge of the waterways, currents and weather conditions. After a gentle stretch & warm up, we take you on the water to paddle around our area and teach paddle tips on “how to” avoid unsafe water areas. Gold Coast fun for the kids! Parents can watch on from the shore line- Grab a coffee from Bumbles Cafe and get your camera ready to capture the giggle moments.

Social Paddle Group
Sunday mornings 8am –
Join our social paddle group for a fun and leisurely paddle on the calm waters off Budds Beach and Macintosh Island Park. This is a great way to get acquainted with the waterways and build strength in paddle skills. We teach warm up exercises & stretches along with paddle techniques and intermediate stances turns & tricks. It’s a great way to meet new friends and enjoy the beach area afterwards for a coffee and chat.
If you have a board you can bring that to use and the cost is only $10pp
For ages 16+
*Not for absolute beginners.
We recommend participating in our beginners lesson first to gain knowledge to be efficient in paddling.
