We offer a 10 minute instruction for 1st timers, to get you SUP savvy & keep you safe – $10 per paddler

What to bring….
- Swimmers/boardies, a rash vest or a T-shirt
- Hat & waterproof sunscreen, drinking water
- Personal Floatation Devices (PFD) are required for non swimmers. Go Vertical will gladly supply one or you can bring your own.
- If you wish to wear sunglasses on the water please bring a secure strap to ensure you don’t donate them to the sea life.
- Your ability to have fun!
